In order to get started, we just need a copy of the subdivision plat (preliminary or final). We thoroughly review it for the following common errors:

We will also work directly with your civil engineer in obtaining the following, an Executive Summary of the Soils Report, a Flood letter, Approval to Construct for Water and Sewer and the Certificate of Sanitary Facilities aka Health Certificate.
